- **Event Description**: Mini Wellness Retreat along the tranquil shores of Lake Huron in beautiful Port Austin, Michigan. Join us for a peaceful morning of mindful guided hiking through wooded trails with the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), meditation atop the dunes, and a gentle yoga flow on the beach ending with a sound-guided savasana.

Space is limited. Pre-registration required.The cost for this mini-retreat is $55pp.

Check-in is between 8:45am-9:00am. We will meet at the Port Crescent State Park - Steel Bridge East Trails Trailhead parking lot located Just South of the Dark Sky Lodge & Tavern at the West end of Port Crescent Rd.

**PARKING** There is on-site parking at the head of the Steel Bridge trail however, a Recreational pass is required. If you do not have a recreational pass, please reach out and alternate free parking can be suggested. 

Bring your water bottle, wear trail worthy shoes and wear comfortable layered clothing suitable for the weather. The 2 mile trail is heavily wooded with a couple of steep climbs and a sandy stroll along the beach . Bug repellent and sunscreen is highly recommended! Bottled water and a light snack will be provided. Yoga mats and blankets will be available on the beach if you do not plan to bring your own.

This event is weather dependent and will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. All sales final. No refunds. Fully transferrable. Any schedule changes will be communicated through text & email and/or posted on Facebook.
